Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the www.rocketrascals.com.au website. Your credit card details will be processed through our shopping cart which has 128bit secure socket layer protection, the highest level protection for internet sales.

Pricing

All prices in your shopping cart are guaranteed to be fair and accurate in our industry market, they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order. Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Buying children’s products can be a daunting experience, especially if you are about to have your first child or don’t have children. Our sales staff are happy to discuss any questions or needs that you may have regarding the products that we sell and help advise you on sizing, suitable age ranges, or just helping in any way we can. Please note we are closed on Tuesday’s and will not be available to answer you calls or e-mails on this day. However you can leave a voice message on the phone or drop us an e-mail and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible on the following day.

Ordering

For local customers to get free delivery (Austinmer, Thirroul, Bulli and Woonona) please contact us via telephone (02) 4267 2233 to process your order. The website will not process a free order under $150.00.

There are several options available to you when it comes to ordering.

1. Ordering online this is one of the easiest and most efficient ways to order. Once you have made your selection into your shopping cart your items will be listed in the cart, you can also edit them further from here. Payment will be transacted instantly upon clicking the proceed button. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all your information is securely transfered through a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection provided by geotrust. After you have completed your transaction you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.
2. Ordering by phone simply call Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters on 02 4267 2233 and speak to our sales staff to make a purchase over the phone. If our sales staff are busy simply leave your details on the answering machine and someone will return your call.
   
3. E-mail orders can be submitted via e-mail. Simply e-mail info@rocketrascals.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
   
4. Mail order/fax order mail or fax us an order with all the item details and quantities to fax number - 02 4267 2244. Mailing address: Mail Orders Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters, shop 1/369 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Thirroul, NSW 2515, Australia.
   

Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.

Availability and back orders

From time to time, items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative. Some items listed on the site may be special order items. In the case that you have ordered a product that falls into this category we will contact you within 24 hours to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.

Shipping information

At Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

Shipping within Australia
• Orders will be dispatched with 24 hours of placement or the next business day.
• A minimum of $9.50 shipping is charged on all orders*
• orders are shipped post or courier.
• In most cases orders will be received within 3-5 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Please note:
* Larger items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Shipping outside of Australia
• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement.
• Orders are shipped via Australia post air mail, Australia post express post international or courier
• generally orders will be receive within 5-10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
• Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote. International shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.
Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Returns and exchanges

Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you’ve simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
  
• Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without an RG number will be refused and marked return to sender.

How to make a return for exchange or refund:

1. Check that you meet all the conditions above.
   
2. Contact Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters at info@rocketrascals.com.au or on 02 4267 2233 to get a return goods number (RG number).
   
3. Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
   
4. Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark the RG number on the package and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Please note:
We do not accept exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.

Damaged / faulty goods

All items at Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Faulty goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the courier/carrier before signing for your parcel.

Misplaced orders

All orders sent by Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.

Trademarks

Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters is a trademark and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters. All other trademarks not owned by Rocket Rascals Kids Outfitters that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.
